We at DG Supplies want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.
Please review our policies and procedures and let us know if you have any questions or concerns by contacting us at email@example.com . Also, keep in mind that we are always getting new items in stock that might not be added to the site right away, so if you need something you don’t see, please contact us either by e-mail or on the phone at 1-800-347-7879! We'd love to hear from you!
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. All of our orders, unless specified, will ship via UPS. The map will give you approximate transit times from our New Jersey location.
Overnight Shipping & Handling
Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. If your Express order is received before 2:30pm Eastern, it will be shipped out the same day. You will receive your order express shipment 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. A signature may be required for FedEx and UPS deliveries. Unfortunately at this time we cannot ship overnight OUTSIDE of the United States. Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available. Order Status and Returns
Do to the frangible nature of many of our products; we might not be able to process a request for a returned item. If you are in need of a return please call us Monday thru Friday from 9-5 Eastern at 1-800-347-7879.
