As the "mother" of our V-PACK® 4GV Packaging Systems, each rigorously-tested fiberboard box in this bundle of 5 holds a maximum gross weight of 44 kilograms (96.8 pounds), and has been designed and tested for use with vermiculite absorbent (sold separately).

Although you must order at least a bundle of 5 KT4GV-44 fiberboard boxes online per purchase, we offer single boxes for those who occasionally ship dangerous goods/hazmat. If you would like to order less than bundle quantities, please call us at 1-800-347-7879.


Each KT4GV-44 fiberboard box bundle comes with the following components and features:

Note: The required hazard labels and inner packaging for shipping dangerous goods in this fiberboard box are not included with the bundle.

The KT4GV-44 Fiberboard Box Packaging System has been tested for a maximum capacity of up to four 128-ounce (or less) containers and must comply with the closing instructions included.

Vermiculite MUST be used as absorbent/cushioning of the inner packaging.

Each KT4GV-44 fiberboard box has a capacity of 4.63 cu.ft. for vermiculite absorbent/cushioning (without bottles).

All of our 4GV packaging systems meet the Specifications for Packagings requirements of U.S. DOT, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations §178.601(g)(2) for Variation 2 packaging.
