Overview:
We are a growing, family owned, small business that is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales and Marketing / Customer Service Representative to coordinate our sales and marketing efforts.

We are forward-thinking Hazmat Professionals who provide quality packaging solutions & supplies, certification training, compliance software solutions and consulting to our valued customers. Our hours of operation are Mon – Fri, 8:30AM – 5:00PM.

Description and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, develop, design, coordinate and implement a marketing strategy for promoting brand and product awareness for new and existing products, generating sales leads and improving the customer experience
  • Coordinate the marketing/sales efforts of our sales team with strategies utilizing phone calls, social media, paid search, SEO, e-mail campaigns, online advertising, trade shows and industry publications
  • Work with other team members to track and organize projects by deadline and priority in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist the customer service team with answering phone calls, helping customers with orders and other administrative functions

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years related sales/customer service/ marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and exercise flexibility, initiative and good judgment with limited supervision in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
  • Team oriented with strong ethics and integrity, and demonstrates a positive attitude
  • Ability to work accurately, with interruptions, to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with: Microsoft Office 2007/2010 and Sage products (ACT)
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google AdWords a plus!
  • Knowledge of Peachtree, Constant Contact and SwiftPage a plus!
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a plus!
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus!
  • Background in Hazardous Materials transportation a plus but not necessary. We will provide training.
